  • Build the roadmaps, rally the resources, and drive collaboration across teams
  • Champion change management efforts that make the organization sharper and more effective
Strategic Partnership & Influence

Coaching & Employee Engagement
  • Design and deliver development programs that grow the next generation of leaders
  • Fuel engagement and retention through initiatives that people actually care about
  • Partner with leadership to keep top talent thriving and growing
HR Strategy, Compliance & Data
  • Own performance management from the ground up — frameworks, feedback, and follow-through
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, employee relations, and workers' compensation with confidence
  • Keep policies and governance aligned with business goals and compliance standards
  • Turn HR data into insight — spotting trends, shaping decisions, and driving smarter workforce planning
What You Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor's degree and/or HR certification, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of exempt-level HR experience, including 3+ years in a strategic HR leadership role
  • 3+ years working in organizational performance management, employee relations, and workers' compensation
  • Sharp knowledge of U.S. HR policy, compliance, and employment law
  • A track record in leadership development, talent management, and driving change
  • Strong analytical instincts and a knack for building solutions that actually work
  • Healthcare industry experience is a big plus
  • Comfort navigating MS Office and HR/HRIS systems
