Job summary

Outcomes Operating Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our HR team across multiple functions. You will handle onboarding, background checks, and new hire paperwork, while maintaining HRIS records and responding to associate inquiries.

The role requires 1–3 years of HR admin experience, proficiency with Paycom and Microsoft Office, and strong communication and organizational skills. This position offers hybrid work and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years HR administrative experience.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, Paycom preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general HR support across multiple functions.

  • Process offboarding and exit interviews; analyze turnover data.
