Job summary

Cirkla Inc. is seeking an HR & Admin Manager to run people operations for our new US molded fiber lamination facility in Gainesville, GA. You will oversee hiring for hourly and salaried roles, onboarding, benefits enrollment, leave, and day-to-day site administration.

As the US business grows, this role will lead the HR function. You will be the first contact for floor employees, support the Plant Manager on performance matters, manage office vendors and audits, and coordinate safety training

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HR or people operations, ideally in a manufacturing environment with office or site administration responsibility
• Practical grounding in US employment compliance: I-9 and E-Verify, FLSA classification, leave administration and required postings
• Discreet; sensitive compensation data and employee issues must stay confidential
• Organized against hard deadlines – payroll cutoffs, benefits open enrollment and compliance filings

Responsibilities

• Administer time and attendance, garnishments, adjustments, and employee queries
• Own hiring for hourly and salaried roles, onboarding, benefits enrollment and leave
• Maintain I-9, E-Verify and required federal/state postings
• Support performance and disciplinary matters with proper documentation
• Coordinate safety orientation and training for hourly team
• Manage office/vendors, visitor access, and audits support
• Ensure HR filings and workplace policies stay current with federal/state law
