BioTouch is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to serve as the on-site HR leader for its Columbus, GA manufacturing and fulfillment operation. The role focuses on employee relations, onboarding structure, and management of a high-volume hourly and agency workforce.

The HR leader will partner with site leadership and corporate HR to drive consistent, compliant, and performance-focused practices across locations. This position oversees site-level HR processes and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site HR leader for the Columbus, GA site.
• Execute HR support across site with focus on employee relations, onboarding, and hourly workforce.
• Partner with site leadership and corporate HR to drive consistency and compliance.
• Oversee HR processes at the site level and coordinate with staffing agencies.
