The role involves maintaining applicant tracking systems, processing personnel and payroll changes, and assisting with skilled trade recruiting as part of a team dedicated to HR compliance and employee support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' recent office or administrative experience.
• HS Diploma/GED; some college is a plus.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Pass pre-employment drug test, background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
