Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree, and/or equivalent experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Must have basic Reading, Writing, and Math skills.
• 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
• Customer Service Skills required.
• Financial management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Payroll guidance.
• Assist with staffing updates, obtain hiring approvals, and provide applicant eligibility and rehire status.
• Assist with recruitment initiatives with Property Leadership and Hiring Managers.
• Communicate company rules and regulations via the Associate Handbook.
• Coordinate HR new hire orientation to promote Shamin Hotels culture.
• Ensure HR and Accounting recordkeeping meets auditor/government requirements.
• Assist with invoice coding and entry; reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
• Issue invoices to customers and external partners as needed.
