Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a hotel or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years HR or administrative experience preferred.
• Customer service and financial management skills required.
• Reading, writing and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll guidance.
• Assist with staffing updates, approvals for hiring exceptions, and applicant eligibility.
• Assist with recruitment initiatives and onboarding.
• Communicate company rules via the Associate Handbook and promote workplace safety.
• Coordinate HR new hire orientation to support managers and culture.
• Maintain HR and accounting records and reconcile invoices.
