Ancestry is seeking a Workplace Experience Lead to own the day-to-day facilities and operations at the Draper HQ. You will partner with teams to ensure a secure, welcoming, and efficient environment for employees, visitors, and candidates.

In this senior IC role, you will oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and payroll-adjacent programs, while collaborating across IT, Security, Finance, and People teams in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in facilities management, workplace experience, or operations roles.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and operational processes.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with proactive approach and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day facilities and operational performance at Draper HQ.
• Coordinate with Workplace Experience Specialist to ensure strong execution on-site.
• Act as primary contact for facilities issues, service requests, and event setups.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities before issues arise.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and safety programs with landlords and vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships, budget tracking, and documentation.
