Job summary

Anduril is seeking a high-ownership Workplace Manager to lead daily operations, employee experience, and facilities maintenance across our Southern California footprint. You will sit at the intersection of hard facilities operations and soft employee experience, partnering with Production, R&D, IT, Business Development, and Leadership to keep spaces safe, functional, and inspiring.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in workplace operations or facilities management.
• Strong verbal and written communication with cross-functional collaboration.
• Budgeting, financial reporting, and operational management experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Attention to detail and compliance with safety guidelines and codes.
• Willingness to support after-hours or weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Manage general office operations and serve as the primary point of contact for workplace requests.
• Oversee the site ticket system and ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate workplace updates, projects, and improvements to employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational needs and onboarding.
• Plan, manage, and deliver workplace projects within scope and budget; track expenses.
• Manage site vendor relationships and budgets; prepare regular analyses for leadership.
• Mentor associate workplace staff and ensure effective workload management.
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and food/beverage inventories.
