Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Functional Lead for the Safe & Secure team at our HQ to supervise front desk Associates, coach on protocols, and uphold high performance in daily operations.

You will lead incident management, ensure safety compliance with local, state, and federal requirements, and partner with stakeholders across the business to protect people and assets while maintaining Carvana’s fast-paced, data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in physical security operations or loss prevention.
• 1+ year supervising a team.
• Ability to coach team members to deliver a consistent, top-notch customer service experience.
• Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders in a rapid growth environment with tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work 40+ hours and on-site at HQ.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the Safe and Secure team.
• Coach, develop and manage performance; monitor KPIs and goals.
• Lead incident management program at HQ facilities.
• Ensure safety compliance with local, state and federal requirements.
• Record incidents and perform after-action reviews to drive improvements.
