Qualifications

• 3+ years of desktop or audiovisual support in a corporate setting.
• Experience with conference room systems, Teams Rooms, projectors, mics, and video conferencing.
• Strong ITIL knowledge; ITIL certification desirable.
• Excellent communication and white-glove service for executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on AV and desktop support for corporate meeting rooms and events.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues; resolve incidents promptly.
• Manage requests using a ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred) and escalate as needed.
• Document IT standards and maintain accurate records.
