Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical seeks a Scientist for a 6-12 month contract in Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on developing and executing quantitative ion-exchange chromatography analysis of adenoviral particles, reporting to APS team under direction of the Executive Director.

Responsibilities include executing AEX-HPLC analyses, method optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive data quality and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field or a bachelor’s with 3+ years of experience.
• Proven experience developing HPLC-based quantitative assays and troubleshooting HPLC systems.
• Ability to prepare HPLC buffers for applications.
• Strong oral and written communication with attention to detail.
• On-the-bench experimental work and independent design and execution of experiments.

Responsibilities

• Execute quantitative AEX-HPLC sample testing.
• Design experiments to generate reliable data and optimize methods.
• Drive method performance improvements and process efficiency.
• Provide analytical support to cross-functional teams.
• Present data via protocols, test methods, and reports.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions documentation.
