Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA is seeking an experienced Cell & Gene Therapy analytical professional to support viral vector and biologics testing on in-process, drug substance, and final product materials.

The role requires at least 3 years of GMP and chromatography experience, hands-on HPLC/LC-MS expertise, and the ability to apply LEAN principles in a fast-paced lab. This full-time, first-shift position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine testing of in-process, drug substance, and final product biologics and method qualification/validation.
• Execute RP-HPLC, SEC-HPLC, AEX/CEX-HPLC, and CE-SDS analyses.
• Apply LEAN principles to improve quality and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and follow SOPs.
