Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Scientist for a 6-12 month contract in Philadelphia, PA. You will执行 routine molecular and immunoassay analyses across therapeutic programs, contributing to CMC development.

The role requires hands-on bench work, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with the APS team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in a related field with 2+ years in biopharma, plus experience in ddPCR/qPCR and ELISA/ELLA platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years in biopharma
• 2–4 years in QC or routine testing is preferred
• Experience with molecular/genomic methods including ddPCR and PCR-based quantification
• Experience with immunoassay techniques (ELISA/ELLA) is required
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and data interpretation skills

Responsibilities

• Execute immunoassay-based testing (ELISA/ELLA) and molecular methods (DNA extraction, qPCR, ddPCR)
• Contribute to experimental design and method optimization to generate reliable data
• Troubleshoot analytical experiments and support cross-functional teams
• Document data accurately in ELN and write clear reports and protocols
• Present scientific data and maintain high-quality data integrity and traceability
• Support product sciences under guidance of leadership
