Job summary

The Scientist will contribute to the development and execution of quantitative ion exchange chromatography analysis of adenoviral particles at a contract position in Philadelphia, PA. You will work under APS leadership to define new approaches and improve capabilities, applying on-the-bench experimental skills and strong data interpretation.

Experience with HPLC methods and practical hands-on chromatography knowledge is highly desired, with collaboration across the Analytical and Product Science

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing HPLC-based quantitative assays.
• Ability to prepare HPLC buffers for applications.
• Effective oral and written communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively contribute to product and method understanding; design meaningful experiment to generate reliable data; adjust method to meet information need for Tech Ops team.
• Help drive innovative thinking to improve method performance; workflow and process optimization, and commitment to clear and effective communication.
• Provide effective and collaborative analytical support to cross-functional teams.
• Communicate scientific data and information effectively through presentations, protocols, test methods and reports.
• Contribute to the writing and internal review of regulatory submissions.
