Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field required.
• Experience in technical marketing, product management, or commercial leadership in chemicals/refining/hydroprocessing sectors.
• Strong skills in demand planning and sales forecasting to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage HPC product and service portfolio across North America and drive profitable growth.
• Develop regional sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and demand plans for short- and mid-term planning.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production Technology, and Operations to optimize inventory and demand fulfillment.
• Make regional product allocation decisions during supply constraints and bottlenecks.
• Support sales teams in customer management and business development initiatives.
• Develop pricing recommendations and support contract negotiations.
• Lead regional inventory planning, material allocation, and cross-regional shipments.
• Drive profitability, plant reliability, and execution of regional/global projects.
