Job summary

Evonik Corporation in Spring, TX is seeking a Technical Marketing Manager and Regional Head HPC Americas to lead the North American HPC product and service portfolio, drive profitable growth, and execute regional/global strategies. You will coordinate demand planning, collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations, and influence pricing, contracts, and regional projects.

The role requires a technical degree and experience in marketing or commercial leadership within the refining or chemicals

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
Experience in technical marketing, product management, or commercial leadership in refining, hydroprocessing, catalyst, or chemicals.
Strong demand planning, forecasting, inventory and supply chain knowledge.

Responsibilities

Manage the HPC product and service portfolio across North America, driving profitable business growth and strategic execution.
Develop and maintain regional sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and demand plans for short- and mid-term planning.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production Technology and Operations to optimize inventory and production planning.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure operational excellence and customer success.
Develop pricing recommendations and support contract negotiations consistent with global guidelines.
