Job summary

Jobot is seeking a HPC Defense District Service Manager to lead a 10–20 person team in Maryland, with remote work and travel to customer sites. You will own SLAs, KPIs and escalations for HPC systems, ensuring 24x7 readiness across multiple sites.

You will spend 2–3 days weekly at customer locations, travel 25–30% of the time, and benefit from a strong compensation package including 401(k) match and stock options.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of team leadership and direct people management experience.
• Able to travel about 25–30% across Maryland; Maryland residency preferred.
• HPC technical field team leadership.
• Experience owning SLAs, KPIs and escalations in a technical services environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct manager for a 10–20 member team of system administrators, technical consultants and site leads across 1–4 customer sites.
• Own SLAs, system availability and service KPIs; escalate as needed and report monthly to services leadership.
• Manage customer and technical escalations; track trends and report on service improvements.
• Spend 2–3 days per week at local customer sites; visit remote sites ~every six weeks; some after-hours work.
