Responsibilities

• Manage customer escalations and vendor coordination to meet SLAs.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and drive service improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and staffing to ensure performance against targets.
• Travel 25–30% within Maryland; work remotely when not traveling.
