Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
• 5–10+ years of managerial experience, including direct people leadership in HPC field teams.
• Experience leading technical customer support or high-tech product teams is a plus.
• Strong customer experience focus and ability to liaise with customers effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multi-technology multi-vendor environments and drive tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site and remote teams to deliver HPC services.
• Coach and develop team members; provide performance feedback and growth opportunities.
• Ensure full-system availability and meet contracted SLAs by managing alerts and health.
• Coordinate with sales, ASMs, PMs and other stakeholders to align service with business goals.
• Provide monthly status reports and drive process improvements in the service delivery lifecycle.
• Travel 25–30% across Maryland area; remote work when not traveling.
