• Document diagnosis, repair actions, actual service times, parts used, testing and customer acceptance in Fieldcode/OTTI.
• Complete closure reporting as close to real time as possible, within 30 minutes after service completion.
• Handle supplied parts for the assigned ticket and place required returns in transit within three calendar days, retaining shipping receipts and tracking.
• Escalate technical issues through the project support process and HP Assist when directed.

Valen Solutions is building local contractor coverage for onsite HP repair assignments in Alabama. This is onsite, assignment-based field repair work within agreed ZIP-code coverage. Hours and ticket volume are not guaranteed. Service area, availability, compensation and travel terms are agreed before assignments.

Independent technicians and local service companies are welcome. Companies must identify the actual proposed engineers and backup capacity; each assigned engineer requires qualification and applicable client approval.

Apply for PC repair, printer repair, or both. Skills are assessed separately. We seek hands-on HP hardware repair experience, including laptop/desktop component replacement or mechanical printer repairs. Please describe repairs you have personally completed and the models supported.

Responsibilities
