Job summary

All Lines Technology is seeking a skilled HP Hardware Break/Fix Technician to join our team in Warrendale. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain HP hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.

You will troubleshoot issues, perform component replacements and upgrades, and conduct routine maintenance to optimize performance. Documentation of all repair activities and providing guidance to end-users are essential responsibilities.

Qualifications

Proven experience as hardware technician, preferably with HP products.
Strong knowledge of HP hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
