Job summary

Turbine Air Systems, Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Houston to supervise receipt, storage, and distribution of materials across TAS facilities. You will lead a team, optimize warehouse processes, and coordinate with ERP and business systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related factory experience and/or training.
• 5+ years of previous management or supervisory experience.
• Excellent command of English, written and verbal.
• Computer knowledge with warehouse ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and inventory management across Houston-area facilities.
• Receive, store, fulfill production requirements, and manage transfers between TAS sites and with vendors.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff in material handling and identification.
• Analyze TAS processes and suggest improvements; identify efficiency opportunities.
• Prioritize workload and participate in Lean/Kaizen and other operational excellence initiatives.
• Manage annual budget, track expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
• Ensure warehouse safety and compliance; perform 5S activities as required.
• Document requirements and collaborate with IT to enhance ERP functionalities.
• Plan and execute annual physical inventory; create training materials and maintain records.
