Job summary

TAS Energy in Houston seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to organize daily warehouse activities under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, ensuring safe, efficient operations. You will prioritize workload, train staff, manage ERP/WMS transactions, pick, ship and receive goods, conduct cycle counts, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements with Lean initiatives while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

Read and follow safety rules and procedures.
Experience with warehouse ERP and MS Office.
Strong math and data entry skills.
Proven forklift operation ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Prioritize workload within the warehouse.
Maintain training records for all employees.
Identify and address safety hazards in the work area.
Train new warehouse employees in material handling and identification.
Assist shipping and receiving, unload, check in merchandise, and distribute to sales staff.
Accurately stock material physically and electronically.
Monitor team KPIs and suggest process improvements.
Collaborate with other departments on improvement initiatives.
Document PO/WO items and ensure proper transactions in ERP/WMS.
