Job summary

Comfort Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Houston, TX to supervise receipt, storage, and distribution of materials across TAS facilities.

You will lead warehouse staff, coordinate transfers with vendors, and ensure safe, efficient operations while leveraging ERP and data analytics to drive improvements. The role emphasizes Lean/Kaizen participation, cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and staff training, with a strong focus on budget adherence and collaboration with IT for ERP

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related factory experience and/or training.
• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Must have good command of English (written and verbal).
• Computer knowledge with warehouse ERP systems and basic MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and inventory management across multiple facilities in the Houston area.
• Receipts, storage, and distribution, including transfers between TAS sites and 3rd party vendors.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff in material handling and identification.
• Analyze TAS processes and suggest improvements; participate in Lean/Kaizen initiatives.
• Prepare annual budget, schedule expenditures, and analyze variances.
