Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct warehouse associates and contractors daily.
• Prioritize workload and manage safety within the area.
• Maintain training records for all associates.
• Identify and address safety hazards in the work area.
• Participate in Lean/Kaizen and other excellence initiatives.
• Train new warehouse staff in material handling and system transactions.
• Assist in recruitment and coordinating shipping/receiving tasks.
• Stock materials accurately in designated warehouse locations.
• Process customer orders, work orders, and requisitions for movement or shipment.
• Ensure accessibility and safety of the warehouse for staff and visitors.
• Perform 5S activities and keep the area organized and clean.
• Record purchases and work orders with part numbers and projects.
