Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. in Houston seeks a Warehouse Manager to supervise receipt, storage, and distribution of materials across facilities and 3rd party sites. You will lead warehouse teams and ensure accurate inventory, safety, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include optimizing ERP/WMS processes, Lean/Kaizen participation, budget planning, and annual physical inventory, with emphasis on accuracy and continuous improvement in a fast-paced energy equipment environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse ERP systems and data analysis.
• Leadership and development of warehouse staff.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with LN/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and inventory management across multiple facilities in the Houston area.
• Receive, store, fulfill production requirements, transfers, and shipments to customer sites.
• Supervise and train warehouse associates in material handling.
• Analyze processes and implement improvements; participate in Lean/Kaizen initiatives.
• Manage annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and variance analysis.
• Ensure safety, 5S, and adherence to processes; coordinate ERP/WMS improvements.
• Plan and execute annual physical inventory; collaborate with IT on ERP enhancements.
