Qualifications

• Reads safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to drive forklift and navigate warehouse safely.
• Performs basic math: addition, subtraction, fractions, decimals.
• Writes routine reports and correspondence.
• Proficient computer usage and ERP systems.
• Analytical, detail oriented, and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize workload within the warehouse and coordinate daily activities.
• Maintain training records for all employees.
• Identify safety hazards and address them promptly.
• Train new warehouse employees in material handling and identification.
• Assist shipping/receiving and match orders to purchase orders.
• Stock materials in proper bin locations and update ERP records.
• Support Lean/Kaizen and other improvement initiatives.
• Record transactions in ERP/WMS and prepare KPI reports.
