Job summary

TAS Energy is seeking a Warehouse Manager to supervise receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, equipment, and products across TAS facilities and 3rd party vendors in the Houston area.

The role includes budget responsibilities, process improvements, safety, 5S, and leadership of warehouse staff. Proficiency with ERP systems and Power BI is preferred, with a strong English communication ability required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related factory experience and/or training.
• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Fluent English communication, written and verbal.
• Experience with warehouse ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and inventory management across multiple facilities in the Houston metropolitan area.
• Receive, store, fulfill production requirements, transfers between TAS sites, 3rd party vendors, and shipments to Customer site.
• Supervise and train warehouse associates in material handling and identification.
• Analyze TAS processes and suggest improvements; participate in Lean/Kaizen and Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Prepare annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
