Job summary

Talnt is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the Houston area. You will lead consultative sales of forklifts, lift trucks, and related warehouse equipment, developing long-term customer relationships with operations managers and buyers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales and territory management with target achievement.
• Experience selling industrial equipment and B2B solutions.
• Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
• Ability to discuss ROI, TCO, and pricing with customers.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic territory sales plans to grow revenue in the Houston area.
• Identify and secure new business via cold calling and onsite visits.
• Grow existing accounts with strong relationships and service.
• Present forklifts and warehouse solutions with ROI/TCO analysis.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to close and post-sale support.
