Job summary

Philips is seeking a Sales, Territory Manager for RespirTech in Houston. The role focuses on outside field sales, account management, and new business development with physicians and healthcare teams.

You will educate prescribers on coverage criteria, demonstrate products and clinical evidence, manage territory routing, and build strong customer relationships while meeting growth goals in a field-based environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct field sales or clinical education experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent (preferred) or 7+ years of field sales.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.
• Must reside within commuting distance to Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Executing outside sales and territory management, including account management and new business development.
• Hunter mentality to identify opportunities, overcome objections and influence prescribers while achieving growth.
• Conducting full sales calls, in-services on patient profiles, product demos and presenting clinical evidence to physicians.
• Being an expert on Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance coverage criteria for InCourage vest therapy, and obtaining medical records for coverage.
• Analyzing data to target priority healthcare teams and optimize sales routing.
