Job summary

Interesse International Inc. in Houston is seeking a Senior System Engineer to oversee enterprise infrastructure, cloud modernization, and project leadership across multiple engagements. This role requires strong consulting skills and a focus on scalable solutions.

The candidate will lead migrations to Microsoft Azure, manage Windows Server and Active Directory environments, and coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of systems engineering and infrastructure project management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise infrastructure and cloud migration projects.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory.
• Excellent project management, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong customer-facing consulting experience and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure Consulting for M&A projects and modernization strategies.
• Lead enterprise infrastructure projects from planning through implementation; manage budgets and schedules.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure solutions; admin Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
