Clayton Services in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead complex infrastructure projects and modernize IT environments for diverse clients.

You will drive cloud transformations, design secure hybrid environments, and guide identity and endpoint management with Microsoft technologies. The role requires MSP experience, strong communication, and project leadership in a client-facing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum five years leading systems engineering, infrastructure administration, or technology consulting.
• Experience with MSP or multi-client environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, networking, and enterprise systems; MS technologies favored.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects from discovery to implementation and delivery.
• Design scalable and secure technology solutions aligned with client goals.
• Oversee cloud transformation and Microsoft 365 deployments.
• Plan server, network, and hybrid cloud environments for continuity.
• Manage identity, device, and endpoint security initiatives.
• Develop roadmaps, migrations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Produce technical docs and support during maintenance and upgrades.
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure success.
