Job summary

Cinter Career Services, LLC in Houston, TX seeks a Sr. System Engineer to lead IT infrastructure initiatives for enterprise clients. The role covers consulting, project management, system design, and operations across on-premises and cloud environments.

You will manage Azure and Microsoft 365 deployments, Active Directory services, and security solutions while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions. Fluency in English and Japanese is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of System Engineering experience.
• 7–10 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Japanese language skills or understanding of Japanese business culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure consulting for enterprise clients.
• Plan and manage M&A IT infrastructure projects.
• Analyze requirements and propose infrastructure solutions.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate with teams, customers, and vendors to ensure delivery.
• Maintain Windows Server environments and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Mentor engineering team and communicate with stakeholders.
