Southern Recruiting Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to lead the implementation of software applications for Field Service operations in Houston, Texas. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline and have a strong interest in software applications and process improvement.

In this role, you will support various projects from planning to completion and be involved in the development of documentation and training programs. Strong analytical skills and a desire to learn are essential for success.

Formación

• Experience through engineering roles, manufacturing, operations, field service, internships, co‑op programs, or technical projects is preferred.
• Experience with rotating equipment and turbomachinery is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of software applications and smarter reporting tools for Field Service operations.
• Develop and improve technical documentation and reporting tools.
• Support quality initiatives and development of tooling systems.
