Qualifications

• 2-5 years direct supervision of shop personnel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and assign daily workshop tasks to maintain smooth operations.
• Organize tools, materials, drawings, and inspection sheets for tasks.
• Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with engineers on defect reports, inspections, and approvals.
• Maintain safe work practices in line with safety policies.
• Ensure adherence to codes of conduct and internal procedures.
• Provide training on assembly, disassembly, and machining procedures.
• Report incidents and hazards promptly to maintain safety.
• Lead by example.
• Perform additional tasks to support business needs.
