The role requires strong leadership, CRM proficiency, and experience in air cargo environments with a focus on customer service and performance optimization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Aviation, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in sales, commercial operations, or airline/cargo environment.
• Experience implementing sales strategies and performance improvement initiatives.

• Provide guidance and support to the Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, and Inside Sales Staff.
• Set objectives and monitor team performance against KPIs.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and professional development within the team.

• Oversee operational workflows, audits, and escalation resolution with leadership.
• Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure equipment and tool readiness.
