Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing compensation structures and pay philosophies.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead compensation strategy across U.S. and Canada.
• Develop incentive and rewards plans for field and sales teams with benchmarking.
• Oversee benefits renewals, vendor relationships, and retirement plan administration.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations, including pay transparency and wage-and-hour rules.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and workforce integration initiatives.
• Provide analytics, communicate with executives, and manage vendor partnerships.
