Job summary

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruiting, stakeholder partnership, and data-driven talent strategies while ensuring ethical hiring and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent required.
• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, nuclear/EPC recruiting preferred.
• Ability to manage a full desk of professional/technical requisitions and deliver timely candidates.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms and HR analytics tools.
• Must be located in the Houston, TX area.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to stakeholders to align recruitment with strategic goals.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define roles and execute hiring strategies.
• Manage end-to-end candidate life cycle with the Talent Acquisition team for a strong candidate experience.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and referrals.
• Ensure ethical hiring, process excellence, and global compliance standards.
