Job summary

ESPO Corporation is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Stonington, CT. This 6 month contract to hire role focuses on delivering expert recruitment for engineering disciplines within the nuclear power sector. You will manage requisitions, coordinate onsite interviews, and ensure compliant hiring processes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work independently with hiring managers across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including engineering roles.
• Experience recruiting for disciplines such as I&C, electrical, mechanical, civil/structural engineering.
• Familiarity with NRC regulations and nuclear plant operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sources, screens, and conducts preliminary interviews with candidates.
• Coordinates site interviews with hiring managers to select qualified candidates.
• Manages employment requisitions including review, edits, and approvals.
• Tracks staffing data using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases.
• Builds and updates job descriptions based on project scope.
• Drives redeployment initiatives and communicates with employees pre-end dates.
• Performs background checks, drug screens, health screens, I-9 and E-Verify compliance.
