Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, or technical roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, onsite, and project-based roles.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and timelines.
• Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for consideration.
• Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and track recruiting metrics.
• Support campus and internship recruiting programs.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
