Marc Jacobs Houston Premium Outlets is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance and deliver an outstanding client experience. You will manage a team, oversee HR processes, loss prevention, and visual merchandising while fostering a culture of belonging and excellent service.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on coaching to achieve brand standards and community engagement in a busy outlet environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of retail experience.
3+ years of people management in a customer service setting.
Proven track record in leadership, coaching and KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead team to achieve and exceed sales targets with a clienteling approach.
Oversee loss prevention, HR management, scheduling, and onboarding.
Partner with Visual Merchandising to maintain brand standards.
Develop and coach associates; manage performance and development plans.
Analyze KPIs and store data to drive actions and opportunities.
Ensure exceptional client experience and community engagement.
