Job summary

Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer experiences and inclusive client experiences, with strong emphasis on HR management, scheduling, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience managing others within a customer service environment.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze sales figures and KPIs using data/systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
