You will support Management with daily store operations, drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and coach the team. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset.

You will help enforce policies, develop clients, and ensure brand standards are maintained. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail or similar role with customer service focus.
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates passion and empathy for clients and brand.

Responsibilities
