Alexander Associates Technical Recruitment seeks a Land Development Project Manager for its Houston team to oversee residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments from planning through construction. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, Texas PE licensure (or pursuit), experience in grading, drainage, utilities and stormwater design, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Texas Professional Engineer licence, or currently obtaining licensure.
• Experience in land or site development engineering.
• Experience managing civil engineering projects and client relationships.
• Working knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities and stormwater design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsabilidades

• Manage land and site development projects from initial planning through construction.
• Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate the preparation of grading, drainage, paving and utility plans.
• Manage client communication and act as the primary contact throughout project delivery.
• Develop project scopes, fee proposals and delivery programmes.
• Lead and support engineers, designers and technical personnel.
• Coordinate with municipalities, reviewing authorities and external consultants.
• Review construction plans, specifications, reports and calculations.
• Maintain project quality, profitability and client satisfaction.
