Procom in Houston is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth in the Houston market. You will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with technology and professional services clients, and collaborate with recruitment, marketing, and operations to deliver top-tier workforce solutions.

You will leverage AI-enabled sourcing platforms and real-time CRM dashboards to identify opportunities, close deals, and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional IT staffing sales experience.
• 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven sales outcomes.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding targets and developing new client relationships.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle in the Houston market—prospecting to closing and expanding client relationships.
• Engage new clients across technology and professional services sectors, offering Procom's workforce solutions.
• Partner with Recruitment to co-create candidate presentations that fit client needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor providing clients with market insights and talent availability.
