Aggreko plc is seeking an Inside Sales Representative based in Houston, TX. You will identify and acquire customers needing temporary temperature-control and power solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from quote to order.

You will develop both transactional and long-term relationships, proactively reach out to existing and framework customers, and collaborate across teams to expand Aggreko's presence in key segments. Strong CRM usage will be essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Experience in equipment/power rental is a plus.
• Customer-focused, positive, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire customers needing temporary temperature-control and power solutions in the assigned regional market.
• Develop both transactional and long-term customer relationships.
• Proactively contact previous, lapsed, and framework customers to uncover opportunities.
• Manage the full sales process from quote to order.
• Structure sales plans and grow Aggreko's presence in key segments by understanding local market needs and trends.
• Use CRM system to manage pipeline, log activity, and maintain accurate data.
