Job summary

Window World Houston is seeking a Call Center Representative to deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, text, and online chat. You will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, process payments, and update records.

The role is in-office in Houston, with a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, rotating Saturdays. Starting pay is $15 per hour, with benefits including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service/call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across inbound/outbound calls and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, and online chat.
• Assist customers with products, services, appointments, and policies.
• Schedule and coordinate sales consultations, installations, and service calls.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
• Process payments and update account information as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs in a timely manner.
• Meet call center performance metrics including quality and productivity.
