Job summary

Window World in Houston is seeking a Call Center Representative to provide outstanding customer service by phone and multiple channels. You will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and resolve issues to ensure a positive home improvement experience.

The role requires strong communication, active listening, and organizational skills, with in-office hours Monday–Friday 8:00–17:00 and rotating Saturdays. Starting at $15/hour with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or related experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and friendly phone presence.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, text messaging, online chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, appointments, and company policies.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for sales consultations, installations, service calls, and other needs.
• Listen to customer concerns, identify solutions, and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Escalate complex customer service concerns to the appropriate team member when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions thoroughly.
• Process customer payments and update account information as needed.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups and support customer communication initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, installation, service, and other departments to address needs promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and satisfaction.
