Qualifikationen

• Able to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and addressing issues.
• Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through prescribed channels.
• Open and close the store, counting cash drawers and merchandise, ensuring asset protection.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and loan management.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, store systems, and reporting.
• Drive profitability by analyzing financial statements and setting goals.
• Maintain operating standards to meet FirstCash standards.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes for value and integrity.
• Complete tasks and training for self-development as requested.
• Communicate clearly with employees about mission and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of Store Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
